This is a website dedicated to the exploration, structurization, and explanation of the human system titled J. Inside a variety of characters, traumas, and personalities will be explored and expressed via the characters this site itself is studying! A system is "someone" who experiences having multiple headmates inside the brain and body that coexist with one another. These headmates can take control of the stream of concious and feel the body's somatic sensations as well as having access to the main dialogue in the head.
This system is organized into three tiers:
Each of these tiers explore the system's differences in motivations, values, and emotional triggers. These tiers are not mutally exclusive and can collaborate, fuse together, and communicate with one another.

The body and voices of System J have always been around, but it's organization, classifications, and it's self actualization is a recent project. The body containing the headmates experienced years of disregulation and identity clashes, these inconsistencies did not present well to the outside world's idea of "the singular self". Each of the headmates like Mechanisms and ITPs experienced periods of conscious awareness and control of mind and body. However these headmates thought they were all the same singular, just feeling different moods. After many years System J was introduced to the idea of Internal family systems, this type of therapy was very effective for the system but something was missing. The named attributes felt more real than products of a compartimentalized mood exercise, they had purpose and reason behind them. The first Mechanism introduced to the System J was Exhaustia and soon after that Bones. These two Mechanisms remained as the only identified personas in System J for 2 years, however their legitimacy was not recognized until what is called The True Eruption.
The True Eruption is the period when the identification and structuring of System J took place. This period was brought on because the concept of Jungian Psycholocy, specifically Shadow Selves, was introduced to System J in a therapeutic group space. The exploration of shadows opened the door for shadow selves to be named and identified, and from here the naming of "shadow selves" exploded. System J now had IFS compartments and Jungian Shadow Selves existing as pure concepts, however they were still being treated as novelties and not real people. Finally, after tangentially joking about voices in their head, System J was clocked by a friend as plural. System J had no idea what plurality meant, and after a deep dive on Pluralpedia. System J had found the missing link in the organization of their brain, IFS compartments and Jungian Shadow Selves were now identified as Mechanisms and Intertemporal Personas (ITPs).
